St Peter's church at Strumpshaw is located east of Norwich on a high point not far from the river Yare. The earliest datable features in the church go back to the late 13th century, with important additions being made in the late 15th century.

During 2006/2007 as part of a major restoration project the entire nave roof was replaced and at a higher level. This provided the opportunity for the installation of a new stained glass window up in the crown of the nave.

This window was the gift of Nick and Judy Price, members of Strumpshaw church community.
