This commission was completed in 2 stages, the fanlight coming first with the door made and installed later.

The interior design of this home is influenced by the style of late 19th century European Arts and Crafts.

The emphasis is on warm colours, natural materials and comfortable furnishings.

Though located at the less frequented back of the house it was important to treat the stained glass not as a tasteful afterthought but as an equal opportunity for good design.
