The Garden

These four windows run the length of a gallery extension to a large Victorian house. The theme chosen for the design was Marvell's poem 'The Garden'. The semi-abstract setting is in keeping with the light and contemporary feel of the space and continues the influence of Mondrian used in the stained glass in the hall. As well as the fruits described in the poem the images
include separate portraits of the clients as well as their favourite verse
from the poem. |
